I have loved Chadwick's forever and am finally writing a review some I moved away to Phoenix. My dad and stepmother met me here for my birthday today and I'm so glad they did. I was reminded just how amazing the service and menu selections are. Our server Tracey was attentive and able to handle my outspoken 80 year old father, and the bartender, Terrence introduced himself and made the most perfect dirty martini. What a perfect way to spend my birthday brunch. Clams casino were made to perfection and melted in our mouths. Not those chewy baked clams most restaurants are known to serve. The French onion soup was delectable in every way. I mean, my dad and I destroyed ours. Finally, my stepmother and dad had the burger entree and they seemed to enjoy theirs as there wasn't anything left on their plates. Any way, what an amazing experience. I can wait to come back next month for my monthly family visit!

I went to this amazing restaurant two weeks ago for a first date. It was a perfect place. Very romantic atmosphere. Delicious wine. We had the Brussels sprouts appetizer which was scrumptious. I had the outstanding short ribs and my lovely date had some fish that she said was delish. We shared the apple tostada and coffee, and never felt rushed during the meal. Bravo!!! (And I got a 2nd date! ;)

Best restaurant on Long Island!!! Where to begin, the service was incredible -- The host, Patrick was genuine, friendly, and funny. He made sure my wife and I had the best experience possible. The bussers and our server, Teresa was truly amazing, they were attentive, fast, very friendly, and accommodating! The food was delicious, best meal my wife and I had in a long time. Also, whoever decorated for Christmas did an amazing job the ambiance was homey and festive.

Impressed either with food and service. Had prix fix menu of $45, included appetizer, entree and dessert. Had lobster taco, ragú and sorbet. Warm inviting quiet atmosphere. Parking in front. Across from train station.

This was my first visit to Chadwick's, and it definitely won't be my last. I came here with a bunch of friends for lunch - we were a party of six so we made a reservation in advance and were seated promptly. We all ordered the lunch combo, which includes salad and a sandwich however between the six of us, I feel like we all ordered something different. The day we were there, they unexpectedly received a number of large parties and as a result, service was very slow. We saw so many meals coming out of the kitchen, hoping they were ours, but they were delivered to other tables. I'm not going to lie, we were all growing impatient since almost an hour had passed by. At that point, I knew I would not come back to the restaurant, HOWEVER, once our food was delivered and we tasted it, it was absolutely delicious. Everyone loved their meal and we all talked about coming back again in the near future. I can't wait to check out their dinner menu. We told the waitress how much we loved our lunch and asked about the long delay. That's when she explained about the unexpected large parties. If you haven't tried Chadwick's yet, bump it up to the top of your list as you will not be disappointed. Enjoy!

Ok, it would have been a 5 star..... I came here on a Thursday night with friends.. party of 7. Made reservation, was told there was live music. Asked if we can be seated away from it but was actually put very close...was our first time there and the food was great as we had the three course meal special (long island restaurant week) what a bargin!! Portions were great, and the food was delicious. However, there were appetizers that did not make it to the table... we didn't say anything because it was a big deal but was disappointed.... not sure if we would return, although it was good...
